Aidian supports you and your team from the start, from tailored product training and onboarding to long-term service and support. We ensure you get the support you need, when you need it.
Online training is also available through Aidian Academy, our web-based learning platform for healthcare professionals and distributors. The interactive courses include competence testing and provide certificates upon completion. They can be completed at your own pace. Aidian Academy supports the correct and confident use of Aidian point-of-care testing solutions.

The results are in from our latest customer survey, conducted in April 2026. Our customers evaluated both customer support and product benefits on a scale from 1 to 5.
We are proud to report that customers gave us very positive assessments across the board. The results show that Aidian’s service genuinely benefits customers in their everyday work.
