Sustainability at Aidian

Aidian is committed to operating in a responsible and sustainable manner and to enhancing ethical working practices. Responsible, ethical and lawful business operations are essential for Aidian in all situations. Our operations are guided by Aidian's Code of Conduct and Corporate Governance, and our employees are committed to following the high ethical standards and business practices. Additionally, Aidian's operations and working practices are guided by numbers of mandatory guidelines and specifically defined company policies.

We want to grow and develop our business in a long-term, responsible, and sustainable manner. Patient safety is the guiding value in all Aidian's operations. We want to offer products that promote efficient and fluent healthcare. Through our product offering we take part in fighting against antimicrobial resistance (AMR), one of the biggest threats to global health.

Our three main sustainability focus areas are: environment, health and social. We are committed to continuously improving our performance in these focus areas and strive to achieve the high objective we have set for managing them.

We are a proud participant of UN Global Compact, the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative. UN Global Compact supports companies to do business responsibly by aligning their strategies and operations with universal principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and take actions that advance societal goals.

Responsible Care^®

We are a participant of the international Responsible Care sustainability programme. Responsible Care is the global chemical industry’s voluntary initiative to drive continuous improvement and excellence in environmental, health, safety and security performance. The Chemical Industry Federation of Finland coordinates the implementation of Responsible Care programme in Finland.
