Elevate your COVID-19 molecular diagnostics with STANDARD™ M10
STANDARD™ M10 from SD BIOSENSOR is a versatile molecular diagnostics platform designed for more accurate, simpler, and faster clinical decision making near-the-patient. STANDARD M10 combines isothermal amplification and real-time PCR in one platform and its customized configuration of up to 8 modules is suitable for any healthcare setting. Available assays include SARS-CoV-2 with new assays under development such as a combination test for COVID-19. STANDARD M system uses all-in-one cartridges which include both nucleic acid extraction and amplification.
The STANDARD M10 SARS-CoV-2 test contains primers, probes and an internal control used in RT-PCR for the in vitro qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab specimens. The four-step procedure is simple and results are ready in 60 minutes with early call function at 30 minutes. Hands-on preparation time is 2-3 minutes.
