Aidian’s Sustainability Report 2024 is now published!

At Aidian, we are committed to responsible, sustainable, and ethical business practices—and we expect the same from all our partners across the value chain. Our aim is to aid global health by promoting efficient healthcare through accurate and fast diagnostics, with patient safety at the core of everything we do.

We are dedicated to protecting the environment and committed to operating as resource wisely as possible while minimizing our environmental impact. In 2024, we conducted a double materiality assessment (DMA) to identify the most relevant sustainability topics for our operations. We also completed our first comprehensive greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculation in accordance with the GHG Protocol.

We aim to be an excellent workplace and a responsible and attractive employer. In 2024, Aidian was granted the highest “World leading” level classification for occupational safety from the Finnish Vision Zero Forum (Nolla tapaturmaa -foorumi) and received—for the second time—the Mental Health Friendly Workplace label, granted by MIELI Mental Health Finland. These recognitions highlight our continuous efforts to foster employee health, safety, and well-being. Furthermore, we uphold and remain committed to the highest standards of governance.
