Customer survey highlights Aidian’s service excellence
We are proud to report that customers gave us very positive assessments across the board in our latest customer survey, conducted in April 2026. The results show that Aidian’s services support customers effectively in their day-to-day work.

We averaged higher than 4 in all service areas, with order handling, product support, and product training standing out.
In their feedback customers highlighted:
- Prompt responses to inquiries and issues
- Clear and professional communication
- A proactive and supportive approach from Aidian sales representatives
- High-quality aftercare and training

Customers were also asked to evaluate the benefits of the QuikRead go point-of-care testing (POCT) system. Ease of use stood out as the most valued benefit, followed closely by time to result and accuracy.
Other frequently mentioned strengths included stability, low error rate, and the user interface of the system.

Customers especially across clinical laboratories, primary healthcare, and private healthcare reported very high satisfaction with their QuikRead go instruments. The instruments received strong average scores out of 5 for both “ease of use” and “workflow fit”.

In their comments, customers emphasized the practical value of the system in everyday work, particularly its ease of use and rapid delivery of results.
