Key sustainability actions during 2025

Our Sustainability Report 2025 presents our sustainability performance and priorities during the year. In 2025, we strengthened core sustainability practices in a changing regulatory environment. Following significant shifts in EU sustainability legislation, our focus was on taking proportionate and value-adding actions.

Key focus areas during the year included the refinement of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission calculations, the update of key sustainability policies and the Third Party Code of Conduct, and the development of a Sustainability Action Plan to guide future sustainability work.

Supporting patient safety and people

We continued our commitment to promoting efficient healthcare through fast and reliable point-of-care diagnostics, supporting patient safety and antimicrobial stewardship. At the same time, we invested in employee well-being and fostering a safe and inclusive workplace.

During the year we focused in leadership development and strengthened our leadership principles. We updated our values to better support our people and ways of working. For the third consecutive year, Aidian was awarded the Mental Health Friendly Workplace label by MIELI Mental Health Finland (MIELI Suomen Mielenterveys ry).

Sustainability Report 2025 prepared in accordance with the VSME standard

Our Sustainability Report 2025 has now been published and provides further insight into Aidian’s sustainability approach and highlights from the year 2025. The report has been prepared in accordance with the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs (VSME) published by EFRAG.
