Aidian welcomes Tarja Hirvensalo as its new CTO

We are pleased to announce that Tarja Hirvensalo has joined Aidian as our new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective August 18, 2025. Tarja will lead our R&D organization and strategy, driving continuous development and operational improvement.

With over two decades of leadership experience in diagnostics and life sciences, Tarja brings a strong background in global R&D, program management, and delivering innovative solutions in regulated environments. Her previous roles at Medix Biochemica and Thermo Fisher Scientific have equipped her with deep expertise in managing complex, strategic development programs and leading cross-functional teams.

Tarja holds a degree from Aalto University and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, reflecting her dedication to quality and continuous improvement.

In her free time, Tarja enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities.
