Aidian welcomes Rina Wahlroos as its new VP, Quality and Regulatory Compliance

We are pleased to announce that Rina Wahlroos has joined Aidian as our new Vice President, Quality and Regulatory Compliance, effective February 11, 2026.

Rina brings over 20 years of experience in diagnostics and life sciences, with deep expertise in global quality systems, regulatory requirements, organizational development, and change management. Her previous roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and PerkinElmer have strengthened her ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and align modern, people-focused leadership with business goals.

Rina holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Turku and has further specialized in medical device regulation, quality systems, risk management, and organizational development. She challenges traditional ways of working and drives continuous improvement.

In her free time, Rina enjoys spending time in nature, especially by the sea, and nature is an important source of energy and renewal for her.
