Aidian appoints Torben Nielsen as its new CEO

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Torben Nielsen as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aidian. Torben will assume his role no later than June 2026 and joins Aidian from Boule Diagnostics, where he currently serves as CEO and Group President.

Torben brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in global healthcare, diagnostics, and medical technology, having held senior executive roles at Radiometer, Envista Holdings, and Boule Diagnostics.

Throughout his career, Torben has led complex international organizations, driven profitable growth, executed successful business transformations, and built strong performance‑driven cultures. His deep industry knowledge and proven leadership in diagnostics, including point-of-care diagnostics and commercial excellence, make him well positioned to lead Aidian into its next phase of development.

Until Torben joins Aidian, the company will continue to be led by Antti Koivula in his role as interim CEO.
