Aidian receives the Mental Health Friendly Workplace label!

Aidian Oy has been awarded the Mental Health Friendly Workplace label also for the coming season! 

Aidian Oy has been granted the right to use the Mental Health Friendly Workplace^® label for yet another period. The recognition is awarded to organisations that consistently promote workplace well-being and mental health. The label is awarded in Finland by MIELI Mental Health Finland (MIELI Suomen Mielenterveys ry).

We are proud that our culture of open dialogue, leadership development, and everyday support for employees is reflected in tangible results. Regular interaction between supervisors and employees promotes mental health at work and enables the need for support to be detected in time.
