Aidian’s SIBA® technology is ideal for assay development of a rapid test for detection of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCov).

The Head of Assay Development & IPR Mirko Brummer attended the Prinse’20 Industry Seminar on Printed Intelligence January 29-30, 2020 in Oulu, Finland. There he had the opportunity to present Aidian’s activities relating to the development of a rapid test for the detection of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) that recently emerged in Wuhan, China. Aidian’s SIBA® technology is ideally suited for the rapid development and deployment of tests to sites where testing time needs to be limited to an hour or less, like airports or seaports. Aidian is actively looking for collaborations on SIBA® technology, including coronavirus testing.
