We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Polish team and lead the growth of our business in the Wielkopolskie and Zachodniopomorskie regions. If you are an experienced sales professional with a passion for healthcare and diagnostics, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Aidian Poland's business growth strategy
- Acquire new customers in both public and private sectors
- Execute sales plans and meet sales targets
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for medical professionals
- Tailor commercial offers to customer-specific needs
- Maintain accurate planning and reporting of sales activities in CRM
- Support forecasting processes
- Represent Aidian at congresses, events, and industry meetings
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
- Proven track record of sustainable business growth
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset – able to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Based in Wielkopolskie (ideally Poznań) – mobility across assigned region is essential
Desirable
- Experience in diagnostic medical devices
- Background in a matrix-structured healthcare organization
- Master’s degree in business or medical sciences
