We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Polish team and lead the growth of our business in the Mazowieckie, Podlaskie and Łódzkie regions. If you are an experienced sales professional with a passion for healthcare and diagnostics, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of Aidian Poland's business growth strategy
  • Acquire new customers in both public and private sectors
  • Execute sales plans and meet sales targets
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for medical professionals
  • Tailor commercial offers to customer-specific needs
  • Maintain accurate planning and reporting of sales activities in CRM
  • Support forecasting processes
  • Represent Aidian at congresses, events, and industry meetings

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
  • Proven track record of sustainable business growth
  • Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset – able to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Based in Mazowieckie (ideally Warsaw) – mobility across assigned region is essential

Desirable

  • Experience in diagnostic medical devices
  • Background in a matrix-structured healthcare organization
  • Master’s degree in business or medical sciences
